Major investments in development, healthcare and higher education are contributing to the continued transformation of West Palm Beach<\/p>\n

Billions of dollars in planned investment are continuing to reshape West Palm Beach, bringing new office towers, residences, healthcare facilities, educational institutions and amenities to the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Florida Realtor Christie Di Lemme says the scale of development is becoming increasingly relevant to people following the area’s residential real estate market.<\/p>\n

\u201cWest Palm Beach is changing in a very visible way,\u201d<\/em> Di Lemme said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt isn’t just about new buildings. Investment in business, healthcare, education, restaurants and residential development is changing how people live, work and spend time here.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Related Ross<\/a> has announced more than $10 billion in planned investment across West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, including office, residential and hospitality development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Major projects are also moving forward outside traditional real estate development<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vanderbilt University announced in January 2026 that it is proceeding with its planned graduate campus in West Palm Beach and has launched a new $250 million phase of fundraising for the project.<\/p>\n

Cleveland Clinic is expanding its presence in West Palm Beach as well. Its plans include a new hospital and a new outpatient and ambulatory surgery center at 15 CityPlace<\/a>, which Cleveland Clinic says will nearly quadruple the size of its current West Palm Beach health center.<\/p>\n

Luxury residential development is also continuing along the city’s waterfront and downtown areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Di Lemme believes the importance of these projects extends beyond the individual developments themselves.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen major companies, universities, healthcare organizations and developers commit significant resources to a community, it becomes part of the larger real estate story,\u201d Di Lemme said. \u201cBuyers and homeowners want to understand not only what a property looks like today, but also what is happening around it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

For people considering a move to South Florida, Di Lemme says West Palm Beach’s continued growth has made understanding the city’s neighborhoods and development patterns increasingly important.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWest Palm Beach has become much more than a seasonal destination,\u201d Di Lemme said.\u00a0 <\/em>\u201cThe city continues to evolve as a place to live, work and build a long-term future.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

As we move through the second half of 2026,\u00a0West Palm Beach remains a South Florida real estate market worth watching.<\/p>\n
