Nestled within the vibrant landscape of West Palm Beach, Dutchman’s Pipe is a serene golf course community offering both luxury living and a premier golfing experience. At the heart of this exclusive property will be The Belgrove, Autograph Collection, a brand-new luxury Marriott hotel designed to elevate both leisure and relaxation.

Opening soon, The Belgrove will offer 150 well-appointed rooms and 44 private villas, perfect for guests seeking an indulgent stay. The hotel will boast a range of premium amenities, including Society48, a brasserie with unique culinary offerings, a stylish 1950s-inspired pool bar called Deep End, and a spa to rejuvenate after a day on the greens. In addition, the property will feature a fitness center, multiple pools with private cabanas, and sports courts for tennis, pickle ball, and padel.

For golf enthusiasts, Dutchman’s Pipe is anchored by a redesigned Jack Nicklaus Signature 7,300-yard championship golf course, providing a world-class golfing experience. The exclusive golf club, set to open this fall, will serve both residents and hotel guests, making it a premier destination for those seeking to combine luxury accommodations with their love for the sport.

This blend of upscale hospitality, stunning course design, and a tranquil setting ensures that Dutchman’s Pipe and The Belgrove will soon become a standout in West Palm Beach’s luxury and leisure scene.

I’m proud to feature a luxury 18th floor condo that overlooks the back nine of the Dutchman’s Pipe Golf Course.
